1.1 When do you ship orders?
Fox Chapel Ski and Board ships orders Monday through Friday, exclusive of Holidays that fall on those days.
1.2 How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our orders ship out on the following business day. For orders received before 1:00PM EST, we make every effort to ship those orders on the same business day.
Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout, your order can take up to five (5) business days (from the day you order) to arrive. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which tends to be received by customers in 1-3 business days, depending on how far you are from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
1.3 Do you ship to PO Boxes?
As long as your PO Box Address matches the address on file with your credit card company, yes! Our fraud prevention measures prevent us from shipping to PO Boxes when the PO Box Address does not match the address that is on file for that credit card - if this is a special situation, please call us at 412-828-4754.
1.4 Will my order require a signature?
This depends on a variety of factors. If you would like a signature to be required for your order (helpful if you live in a dorm or apartment building where packages are left in a generally-accessible area), we can absolutely accommodate your request. 2 Buying Skis Online
2.1 Can you mount my skis for me?
Yes! We will gladly mount your system skis for FREE (i.e. skis that you do not have to purchase the binding separately for). Why? If we mount your system skis, you can have your skis adjusted at a local sporting goods store rather than installed - this saves our customers time and money, and we provide this service for free.

2.3 What ski size should I buy?
There are countless places on the internet you can go to get this information - all with varying levels of reliability. We're working on putting together a guide of our own, but in the mean time you can call us at 412-828-4754 and rely on our decades of experience to help you figure out your ski size. We field dozens of calls, emails and chat messages from customers every day, and we look forward to helping you along every step of your purchase.
3.1 The item I ordered is too large/small/wide/narrow/tall/short
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - you have 30 days to return any item in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, untailored condition.
Please do not return products without contacting us first! We want your return go as smoothly as possible - products that are returned to our store without a Return Authorization confuse our employees and can delay your return.
